Kirsten & Mike – Wedding at Sunnyside Pavilion

I recently had the great fortune of being hired to photograph the wedding of professional model Kirsten Visima and her husband Mike. We all had so much fun and I wish I could take all of the credit for these shots, but honestly Kirsten made my job so much easier with her years of experience in the modeling industry:
A slightly different dress shot (thanks to Elaine for holding it out there for so long while we got it just right):
A little love from the infrared camera:
Here, I isolated the bride with a long lens and narrow depth of field while shooting on a busy street in front of the house:
Walking down the aisle with Dad at Sunnyside Pavilion in Toronto:
A few great moments during the ceremony:
After the ceremony, we toured around the picturesque grounds at Sunnyside Pavilion for the formal portraits:
We took a break in the evening during the reception to capture a few more romantic bride and groom sunset portraits:
Even a power outage didn’t stop us from getting some more great shots later that night…
…and the party continued, power outage or not!
Thanks to you both for a wonderful day and for making my job so easy!
Cheers,
Michael
