Erin & Jörg

Canadian/Venezuelan, Canadian/Thai-Cambodian, Canadian/Swiss...one of the things I love most about Canada is our multiculturalism. The last few weddings are a real testament to our country's great diversity.

A nice candid while the girls were helping Erin with her dress:

This is a new treatment for me and I'd like everyone's feedback on this Aged Photo look. Click here to see the original colour version.

So elegant! I love when we have time in the morning to break out the video light and get some more dramatic portraits:

My assistant Amberlea snapped this great Infrared image while I was getting the girls set up for some pre-formals:

Most of the wedding took place at The Sir William Mackenzie Inn in Kirkfield and they had plenty of great spots on the property for photos:

Another funky Infrared image - I'm not sure if you all like the effect but I think it's awesome for the scenic shots:

A couple more with the video light. I love it when we have some great indoor locations to add to the mix:

Probably the coolest cake setup I've seen to-date:

An elegant first dance:

Let me know when you're back from Guatemala!

The IR shot with the bride in the woods looking back is an amazing shot IMO. Wish I could shoot IR, however, I'm shooting on slightly older dSLR technology (Canon D60) which has a built in IR filter, which basically prevents IR shots, but I sure love the effect. It's not for every shot but it's nice for those showcase type pieces. Your assistents IR shot is excellent as well. Cheers from London, Ontario :-)
