Sarah & Iain Engagement

Well, the weather wasn't too hot (in more ways than one), but I think it made for some pretty romantic images.

We started out at Eaton Hall in King City which made for some beautiful backdrops:

This was a really cool moment. They were standing in the exact spot where Iain proposed when out of nowhere a gaggle of Canada Geese did a flyby!

The heavily overcast sky made for some beautiful natural lighting:

We were lucky enough to still find some nice fall foliage and Sarah & Iain were real troopers for hanging out in the cold, damp, rainy weather for so long!

After we had enough of the crappy weather, we went back to their place to warm up and grab a few more relaxed portraits:

Good weather, bad weather...it doesn't really matter. When you're into each other as much as these two, we can get great shots no matter what.

The shot with the Geese flying by... hello! Amazing! It was already a well composed shot, but the Geese flying by and just their line is truelly the money.

Thanks for keeping this blog alive and well. It's nice to see what shots your going to produce each time I come back to visit your site.

Regards. Rob

Thanks for your kind words, Rob! I'm glad to hear you're checking in regularly! The entries may slow down a bit over the winter, but I'm hoping to get back to updating my non-wedding photoblog during that time...which is looong overdue for an update!

Cheers,

Michael
