Mary-Anne & Brian

Mary-Anne & Brian couldn't have had a more perfect day for their wedding and on top of that chose one of the most beautiful wedding venues in Toronto to host it - "The Manor"

Here are some of my favourites from the day:

Mary-Anne was having a lot of fun getting ready:

They had a lot of dedcated bubble blowers (probably the best bubble blowers I've encountered in my career - hats off to their guests!):

Mary-Anne looking gorgeous in a halo of light streaming in from a window above the antique staircase:

There was this cool library/reading room near the front entrance that had beautiful light:

Brian looking very sophisticated:

They make such a cute couple and you could really feel the love:

My friend Brian Tao of "Luxography" was giving me a hand this day and grabbed this great shot of the couple from outside during the cake cutting:

It was such a beautiful night as they stepped out onto the stone terrace to have their first dance under the stars!

Have a great time in Hawaii you two!

Michael

New York, New York!

Iveta and I are heading down to New York City next weekend so if you need to get in touch with me between May 20th and 26th, please leave me an email at info@michaelmoore.ca and I'll get back to you when we're home.

I'll be sure to post some photos here once I get the time to edit a few.

Edit: I've replaced the old image with one I took of the Manhattan skyline from Brooklyn - click on the image to see a larger version. This size doesn't do it justice, as the original is 20 megapixels from a 3-image panoramic stitch. More images to come...

Album Special - 10% Off

I'm a big fan of albums. I really believe that they're the most important part of a wedding photography package since they embody the entire purpose of what I desire to offer - a complete record of your wedding story. Framed prints and DVD slideshows are great, but nothing lasts through generations and offers the same sort of encapsulating narrative of your special day than a beautiful custom-designed wedding story book. I like to think that my couples will cherish these family heirlooms for decades to come and will look back on them to recapture those fleeting memories of one of the best days of their lives...a reminder of their young love and youthful vitality to inspire and rekindle their passion and love for one another..."for as long as they both shall live".

In an effort to make these albums more attainable and attractive to my prospective clients, I'm pleased to announce a limited-time-offer of 10% off your first album if ordered along with your package (i.e. before the wedding day). I hope some of you will take advantage of it.
